MedixDeck Product Design Case Study

Accessing timely healthcare can be difficult due to distance, long waiting times and fragmented healthcare services. MedixDeck aims to bridge this gap through telemedicine, home-based care and connected digital healthcare experiences.

MedixDeck brings several healthcare experiences into one connected platform. I designed the public website and role-based workspaces for patients, doctors, super admins, CMS admins, and clinical admins. Each experience has its own needs, while sharing a consistent visual language.

The public website introduces MedixDeck and makes the product’s value clear. I focused on presenting the platform in a way that helps visitors understand what it offers and where to go next. I designed 12+ MedixDeck webpages, including the home, blog, careers, contact, business, doctor, and patient-focused pages, all of which help communicate the value clearly

I designed the account entry flows to guide users through the steps required to get started. The screens make each step clear, provide feedback along the way, and help users recover when they need to reset or verify their access.

The patient workspace gives people a clear place to orient themselves and continue with the tasks available to them. I designed the layout so key information and next steps are easy to find.

The doctor workspace is designed around clinical users' needs. I focused on making the most relevant information and actions easy to scan, while keeping the interface consistent with the wider MedixDeck platform.

MedixDeck also includes operational tools for super admins, CMS admins, and clinical admins. I treated these as distinct workspaces so each role can focus on its responsibilities without losing the consistency of the overall product.
